Return Policy

Any items purchased at SpiritSimple.com can be returned for any reason within 5 days of their delivery. A full refund will be offered in all cases except where the items are deemed to have been opened, worn, or otherwise used. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to any goods returned in less than new condition. Return shipping costs will also be refunded only in cases where SpiritSimple.com has made an error. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds will be credited to the account corresponding to the original method of payment. Please note that processing returns takes time. Refunds are typically posted to accounts 10-14 business days following our receipt of the returned items.

Return Procedure
In order to make a return, please fill out the online return form. When you are finished, click Submit and your Return Request will be sent to our Returns Department. Once our Returns Department has reviewed your Return Request, a Returns Department representative will contact you.
